End-User License Agreement

Radius Finance MCP · Effective 20 September 2026

This agreement governs use of the Radius Finance MCP application ("the Application"), an internal reporting tool operated by Radius International ("Radius"). By signing in to the Application you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use it

The Application is licensed solely to Radius International personnel who have been explicitly authorized by Radius to access it. Authorization is granted through membership of a designated security group in Radius's identity provider and may be revoked at any time without notice. The Application is not offered to the public, to customers, or to any third party.

2. What it does

The Application provides read-only access to accounting data held in the QuickBooks Online company files of Radius International, Missionary LLC, and Radius Serve LLC, for the purpose of internal financial reporting and analysis. The Application cannot create, modify, or delete any record in QuickBooks Online.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

4. Monitoring

Use of the Application is logged. Each request records the authenticated user, the action taken, the entity accessed, and the time. These logs are retained for security and audit purposes and may be reviewed by Radius management and its auditors.

5. Accuracy and reliance

The Application retrieves data from QuickBooks Online and presents it through an AI assistant that interprets and summarizes what it reads. Such interpretation may contain errors. Output from the Application is provided for internal working purposes only and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial statement, regulatory filing, board report, audit response, or accounting entry. Figures that matter must be verified directly against QuickBooks Online before use.

6. No warranty

The Application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Radius does not warrant that the Application will be error-free or continuously available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the Application.

8. Third-party services

The Application connects to QuickBooks Online, operated by Intuit Inc., and is accessed through Claude, operated by Anthropic PBC. Your use of those services is additionally governed by their respective terms. Radius is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

9. Termination

Radius may suspend or terminate access for any user at any time, and may discontinue the Application entirely. Access ends automatically when your Radius account is deactivated or you are removed from the authorized group.

10. Changes

Radius may revise these terms. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
